    • Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment.

    • Do not apply deodorant, body oils, or moisturiser to the treatment area in the 24 hours leading up to your session.

    • Discontinue use of Vitamin A/Retinol products on the treatment area at least 1 week prior.

    • If you’ve had direct sun exposure, please wait 4 weeks before undergoing treatment.
      For incidental sun exposure, wait 2 weeks.

    • Avoid fake tan and self-tanning products, including gradual tanning moisturisers, for at least 2 weeks before your treatment.

    • Do not use solariums or tanning beds for at least 4 weeks before your session.

    • Avoid skin treatments such as skin needling, chemical peels, or resurfacing in the treatment area for:

      • 2 weeks prior for general skin treatments

      • 4 weeks prior for Advanced Brightening & Clearing Peels and Anti-Ageing Peels

    • Discontinue use of tanning injections such as Melanotan II at least 6 months before treatment.

    • Avoid applying makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours.

    • Avoid hot showers or direct heat exposure

    • Do not rub, pick, or scratch the treated area to prevent irritation.

    • Wear loose, breathable clothing over the treated area for 48 hours to avoid friction or irritation.

    • Use your Laser Aid, as directed by your therapist for 3 days post-treatment to calm and hydrate the skin.

    • Avoid active skincare ingredients such as Vitamin A, retinols, and other exfoliants for 3 days.

    • Avoid strenuous exercise and heat-based activities for 3 days to reduce risk of irritation.

    • Begin gentle exfoliation of the treated area 5 days post-treatment. This helps to assist the natural shedding of hair.

      Do not pluck or pull at hairs—allow them to fall out naturally.

    • Avoid direct sun exposure to the treated area and apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily for at least 2 weeks post-treatment.

  • The frequency of your Laser Hair Removal treatments will depend on your hair type, skin type, and the area being treated.

    • Body areas typically require sessions spaced every 4 to 6 weeks.

    • Facial areas may need treatment every 2 weeks, unless advised otherwise by your therapist.

    Because each area of the body has a different hair growth cycle, the effectiveness of hair reduction can vary depending on the stage of the hair follicle during treatment. With each session, hair growth is progressively reduced. To achieve optimal, long-lasting results, it’s important to follow the recommended treatment plan consistently.

    We generally recommend a course of 8 to 12 sessions, followed by maintenance treatments every 2 to 3 months to maintain permanent hair reduction.

  • We safely treat all skin tones using our medical-grade laser technology. During your consultation, our experienced laser technicians will assess your skin using the Fitzpatrick Classification Scale to determine the most appropriate settings for your treatment.

  • No, unfortunately we cannot perform Laser Hair Removal directly over tattoos. However, we are able to safely treat around tattooed areas, maintaining a 3cm clearance from the edges of the tattoo.
